My Soup

Ingredients
4 cups cannellini beans with juice(2 15oz cans)4 cups diced tomatoes w/green chilies with juice (2 14.5oz cans)1 large onion, choped5 tsp worcestershire sauce6 cups broth (any flavor)5 oz Pickled Pepper rings100 grams frozen stir fry vegetables4 cups frozen Normandy style vegetables5 leaves fresh basil3 cloves garlic, crushed1 package each- dry vegetable and onion soups1 bouillon cube (any flavor)crushed oregano (just rub it between your palms into the pot)
Directions
Chop onion and sweat in soup pan;
add crushed garlic and saute with onion;
add peppers with some of the juice;
add the oregano, beans, tomatoes, soup mixes, bouillon, worcestershire and stir good;
bring to a boil and add the frozen vegetables and other ingrediants;
bring back to a boil, resuce heat and simmer for about 35 minutes.
