Ingredients
1 Lbs Frozen or fresh Salmon2 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp oregano1 tsp thyme2 tsp olive oil2 cloves minced garlic1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Marinade: Combine lemon juice, oregano. oil. garlic, and lemon-pepper. Coat fish in Marinade cover and refrigerate for 30 mintue to 1 1/2 hrs turning occasionally

Cook: Saving marinade remove fish. Cook on a broiler pan Broil for 8 to 12 mintues or untill flakes easily brush with marinade occasionally.
