Shrimp Pasta Primavera

6 oz. frozen shrimp, chopped1 can Petite diced tomatoes4 oz. mushrooms, chopped2 celery stalks, chopped6 oz. frozen vegetables, chopped3 oz. frozen spinach1 Tbs. dried onion flakes1 Tbs. dry sherry (not cooking sherry)Garlic to tasteItalian seasoning to tasteSea salt to taste1 oz. grated asiago cheese2 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
Mix all ingredients except spaghetti and cheese in skillet. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. (I break the spaghetti into thirds.)
Add cooked spaghetti and mix well. Add asiago cheese and mix well.
Makes 2 servings. (For smaller portions, this could also be 4 servings.)
