Quick & Easy Chili

Ingredients
1-29 oz can of tomato sauce1-15 oz can of light red kidney beans1-chili seasoning packet1 lb of lean ground beef
Directions
Brown lean ground beef, drain. While you are browning the beef, pour the tomato sauce, beans, and seasoning in a sauce pan and heat until boiling. Add ground beef to sauce and stir. Heat on low for 5 minutes. Serve with low fat cheese or sour cream (not included in nutritional info).
