Mulitgrain Crescent Chicken Squares

Ingredients
1/2 block of Light Cream Cheese (125g or 4 oz) , softened1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Mulitgrain2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx 6oz each) cooked and chopped1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped pimentos1/4 cup nonfat milk2 tsp olive oil1/8 cup bread crumbsdash of salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Separate can crescent into 4 rectangles.
Seal perforations.
Mix chicken with cream cheese, pimentos, chopped onions, milk, salt and pepper.
Place mixture in center of each rectangle and bring 4 corners to xenter and press to seal.
Brush tops of packets with olive oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake on ungreased pan - 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
