Directions
1/2 cup Almonds or Walnuts3 ½ -4 cups Water
Soak almonds or walnuts in water for several hours. Preferably 8 hours. I soaked for as little as 3-4 hours and came out ok.
Drain, Rinse, and blend in blender with 3 ½ -4 cups of water for 5 min. on high. Maximum speed on blender.
Strain with nylon strainer or piece of panty hose. Some people use nut bags. Nut bags cost about 15-20 dollars. Panty hose 1 dollar. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
