100% Honey Whole Wheat Bread

5 1/2 Cups hot water1 1/2 cups oil3/4 cup honey3/4 cup applesauce3/4 cup dried mashed potatoes3/4 cup powdered milk2-6 T Dough Enhancer2 T Wheat Gluten2 T salt2 T instant yeast12-16 cups whole wheat flour
Pour water into bowl. Add 6 cups flour, dough enhancer, gluten, powdered milk, dried mashed potatoes, oil, applesauce, honey and yeast. Mix well.
Add additional 5 cups flour and salt. Continue adding 1/4 cup flour at a time until dough pulls away from side of mixing bowl. Knead for 5 minutes.
Oil or grease hands and counter. Divide dough in equal parts. Put into greased bread pans and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
