1 can tuna in olive oil1 can tuna in waterwater chestnuts - 1/2 cancelery - 2 stalks1/2 of a small jicama, peeled
Drain tuna and place in small mixing bowl. Season with dash salt(optional) and pepper. Chop water chestnuts, celery, and jicama into small dice. Add to tuna. Mix together gently, chill or serve immediately.
