Fast, Easy and Cheap Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (recipe calculated 93%)1 can red beans (drained)2 cans dices tomatoes (14-15 oz size cans)1 (1oz) packet of your favorite chili seasoning ( i usually use McCormick's or William's.1 small onion chopped(Salt and pepper and Cayenne for taste)
Directions
In a large pot, brown hamburger meat with onion. Drain off any fat. place all other ingredients in the pot. Let simmer together for about 5-10 minutes to incorporate flavors. I also add cayenne pepper at the end to give it some heat.
