Diet Banana Bread JU

Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup Splenda1/2 cup brown sugar Splenda1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla2 tsp maple syrup3-4 bananas3 cups flour
Directions
Beat eggs until fluffy, Add rest of ingredeints except the bananas and flour. Mix well. Add bananas, mix well. Add the flour last, mix well.
I use 6 mini loaf pans 350 deg for 20-25 min. Serving is 1/4 of mini loaf or 1/24 of whole recipe.
