Low Fat Banana Nut Oatmeal Muffins

2 cups Heart Healthy Bisquick3/4 cup oatmeal1/2 to 3/4 cup Splenda (depending on taste)2 large eggs3 bananas, mashed1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup pecans, chopped1 tsp vanilla or to taste1 tsp cinnamon
Heat oven to 400.
In a 2 quart bowl, slightly mix eggs. Mix in mashed bananas, applesauce and vanilla. Add bisquick, oatmeal, splenda, cinnamon and pecans. Mix just till moistened. Spoon into muffin tins lined with paper cups or greased ONLY on the bottom. Bake approx 15 min. Cool. Makes 12 muffins
