Crunchy Ranch Chicken Salad

2 Tbsp of reduced fat sour cream that has been mixed with ranch dressing powder. 3 oz of cooked chicken breast shredded1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 half cup servings. Best enjoyed in a pita pocket that has been lined with spinach leaves.
