Shrimp and spinach scrammble

Ingredients
3oz cocktail shrimp shelled and ready to serve1clove Garlic Chopped2 tablespoon chopped Onion1Cup Frozen spinach 3oz mozzarella cheese part skim milk4oz liquid egg substitute
Directions
Thaw Spinach in microwave
Spray a pan with pam cooking Spray
Add garlic and onion on medium heat
As soon as the onion and garlic start to brown a little add shrimp and spinach mix well!
Slowly Scramble Egg substitute into the dish
Melt Mozzerella on top!
Serves 2 people
