Choco-Straw-Nana Smoothie

Ingredients
1c fat-free plain yogurt1 large banana255g (9 oz) frozen strawberries (unthawed)1tbs cocoa powder
Directions
Blend yogurt, banana & cocoa in blender. Blend in strawberries. If the drink is too thick you may need to use a spoon to push the strawberries to the bottom of the blender (Don't forget to turn it off first!)
Makes two 1.5 cup servings.
