4# top sirloin beef, cubed into bite size pieces2 Tbsp salt2 Tbsp flour (white)2 Tbsp paprikadash pepper3 med onions diced6 cloves garlic minced2 cans mushrooms (13.25 oz can, 8 oz drained) (optional)2 Tbsp oil12 oz beef broth (Use veg based beef bullion for lower cal) 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)1 can tomato paste (6 oz)Add water as needed
Cut meat to .75" x .55" (or bite size pieces). Brown meat in oil in electric fry pan (we use the stove and large pan). Put browned meat in dutch oven (we use a lage pot). Mix with flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Put bouillon and oil in fry pan and mix with what's left. Cook with onions and garlic until onions are tender. Empty fry pan into dutch oven. Add tomato sauce and paste and mushrooms. Mix-simmer 2.5-3 hours. Add water as needed. Serve over broad noodles (not included in calorie or nutritional information.
