1/2. Cup of Corn Meal Mix1/2. Tbsp of sea salt 1. Tsp of Garlic Powder1. Tsp of Black Pepper2. Tbsp of Lemon Juice1/4. Cup of olive oil3 (pcs). Of medium size tilipa
1. place corn meal mix in a large Bowl, then add salt,garlic powder,black pepper, and mix ingredients throughly.
2. Sprinkle talipa with lemon juice.
3. Put olive oil in a large frying pan and let it get hot.
4. Dip fish pcs in the corn mix coating both sides the place them in pan and let them cook for about 2 minutes on each side remove from pan and serve.
