Ingredients
Shrimp, Green Curry, Coconut Milk, Brown Rice
Directions
Makes 4 to 6 Servings, Sautee Veggies in peanut oil, cook till soft, 3-5 mins. add garlic and stir. Add: curry Paste, lime leaves and fish sauce simmer till thick, abotu 3 mins. Add shrimp and cook til pink, about 2-3 mins.

Serve over cooked brown rice and garnish with lome wegdes.
