Banana-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
4 oz. Silk Plain Soy Milk4 oz. 100% Apple juice, unsweetened1- 6 oz cup Stonyfield Farm's O'Soy Vanilla Soy Yogurt1 cup frozen mixed berries1 Medium banana (ripe, frozen & broken into chunks)1 TBSP Flax seeds
Directions
Measuring in the blender, add soy milk, apple juice and then soy yogurt. Place lid on blender and Turn on blender to "Blend" setting.
Slowly add banana and mixed berry pieces through hole in blender lid. Add flax seeds last.
