1 pacific giant seafood combination2 oz whole wheat pasta1/2 cup of olive oil2 garlic cloves minced1 half of minced onion1/2 cup of diced parsley1/4 teaspoon red pepper1/2 sour cream3 tsp parmesan chesse
Directions
Thaw seafood combination in refrigerator about 8 hours,rinse with cold water, Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft, but not brown. Then add seafood combination and stir constantly for about 3 to 5 min, add parsley red pepper and cream, Toss with hot cooked pasta, parmesan chesse,
