One pot Ground Beef, Corn and Rice

- 1 lb lean ground beef- 1 cup rice (cooked)- 1 can of corn- 1/2 cup chopped onion- 1 tsp each chili powder, garlic powder, salt- sprinkle pepper if wanted
1) Brown ground beef in pan
2) Add spices and onions (cook 2-3 minutes)
3) Add rice and corn, cook another 5 minutes or until rice is browned.
Makes 4 servings

Literally had ground beef, leftover rice, & corn cut from the cob. Perfect & easy recipe. Didn't have chili powder but had cayenne pepper (had never used it before). Maybe used a bit too much, but my dish had kick, & for once my meal was not boring. Added some ketchup, sour cream, & mushrooms. - 8/12/11
