*Red capsicum, 100 gram(s) (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 125 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 50 grams (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)melange de riz-soja-lentilles, 100 gram(s) (remove)Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (remove)emmental francais rape, 50 serving (remove)
Heat the oil in a pan on a high heat, remove from the heat, add onions, garlic, peppers onions and oregano. toss and cover. Return to a very low heat until the onions and peppers start to soften. Add the grains, boiling stockand return to the heat to simmer for 10 minutes. and serve with the emmental sprinkled on top.
