Chelles Slow Cooker Mushroom Meatloaf

*Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix 1 packet*Ground Beef 97% Lean, 16 oz Shake n Bake Coating Garlic and Herb 1 packetEgg, fresh, 1 large Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 medMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices *Potato, raw, 4 large Milk, 2%, .50 cup*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.25 cup
In large bowl mix burger, onion soup mix, shake and bake mix, 1 cup chopped mushrooms and 1 egg set aside. In another bowl mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk and add cheese stir set aside. peal and chop potatoes set aside. In slow cooker layer the following: potatoes on bottom then form and place the meatloaf on top of the potatoes (dont let meatloaf touch sides of crock pot) then pour liquid mixture over top. Place on top of meatloaf rest of sliced mushrooms and 1 sliced onion. Bake in cooker on high 1 hour, then turn down to low and cook additional 5-6 hours. Serve with salad
