1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef1/2 lb. ground turkey 93% lean1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs2 egg whites2T Heinz ketchup1/4 c Parmesan cheese grated2T Lipton's onion soup dry mix2 T chopped onions (optional)2 t deli mustard1T chopped fresh parsleywater or milk to get desired consistency
Beat egg white. Mix remaining ingredients, saving 1T of ketchup to spread across top of loaf before baking. Bake at 350. Check at 30 minutes but I leave mine in a little longer so it browns on top.
