Grilled Fennel Salad

Ingredients
1 bulb fennel1 Tbsp olive oil1 lemonfresh cilantrosalt and pepper
Directions
Cur fennel to large pieces. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 400 F until lightly soft and brown.

In a blender, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, cilantro salt and pepper.


Pour over grilled fennel. Can be served cold or warm.
