Protein Muffins, Poppyseed

Ingredients
3 egg whites 1 egg.25 C fat free cottage cheese .5 C oats (not steel cut) 1 tsp baking powder 1-2 tbsp splenda granular 3 scoops Any Whey Protein2 tbsp lemon juice 1tbsp poppy seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Blend ingredients up (don't put oats in first) and then pour into lightly sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 10ish minutes.
