Potato Bhaji

Ingredients
red onionvegetable oilred potatoesred chili powder tumerictomatoeswatergarliccilantro
Directions
Soak dice peeled potatoes overnight.

Saute the onion and garlic in the vegetable oil

Add peeled and diced potato, red chili powder,tumeric,and salt. Fry well for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.


Add water to allow the potatoes to cook. Cover and cook on low flame 5-10 minutes-stir a few times, so they dont burn

add chopped cilantro to serve
