Buckwheat Salad

Ingredients
.25 cup of buckwheat2 tomatoeshalf an onion3 cloves of garlicvinegaryogurtmustardcilantrosalt and pepper
Directions
Soak buckwheat for 4 to 6 hours
Finely chop tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro
Make a vinegrette with the vinegar, mustard, yogurt. Salt and pepper to taset. Mix it all and enjoy!
