Ingredients
1 cup unthawed frozen strawberries2/3 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup silken tofu2 tbsp raspberry jam1 Sources dessert Raspberry Yogurta few ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add ice.
