Ingredients
4 peppers (mix) chopped4 onions, choppedbunch of green onions chopped10 garlic cloves chopped300 gr kielbasa3 links chorizo400 gr chicken breast16 oz of fish2 pounds of shrimp peeledcajun peppersalt old spiceshot saucefresh parsley to garnish
Directions
Make a dark rough from oil and flour in large pot. When it resembles peanut butter add veggies and cooked for 10 minutes.
Add water and simmer for 15 minutes. Add all meats beside the shrimp and cooked until chicken breast is ready. Add the end add shrimp cook until shrimp ready only a few minutes. Add spices at any time. Garnish with fresh parsley.
