Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tbs Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Egg Beaters, 0.25 cup (one egg)Milk, 1%, 1 cup Non-fat vanilla t Yogurt, 1 oz (2 tbs)Cooking spray
Directions
Mix wet ingredients
Mix dry ingrediants
Add dry to wet
Mix until slightly lumpy
Spoon about 1/4 cup into heated, greased pan
Flip when the pancake starts to become more solid
NOTE: these cook faster than regular pancakes

    We made these this morning and really liked them. We were only able to make 8 1/4 cup cakes so I am assuming that each pancake is one serving? We will definitely make these again. - 2/2/11
