2 white fish fillets (bass, sole, halibut, small and thin, about 2 oz eachabout 4 tbsp of lemon juiceLemon pepper (or black pepper)
Lightly spray a glass baking dish with non-stick spray, and preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place fish fillets in dish and pour lemon juice over top, tilting and turning pan to cover the fish with the lemon juice. Sprinkle lemon pepper over fish and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
