Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cupsStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cupBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cupRicotta cheese, fat-free, 1 cupAlmonds, 1/2 cup, whole Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup Oats, 2 cup Honey, 1 tbspSalt, 1/8 tsp
Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Mix the berries and ricotta in a medium bowl. Place the berry mixture in the pie plate. Set aside. Place the almonds in a food processor & grind for 2 minutes or until they are a coarse powder.
In a separate bowl, combine the almonds & remaining ingredients. Spread the almond-oatmeal mixture over the berries. Bake for 20 minutes & serve hot or at room temperature.
