Baked tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

4 (4oz) tilapia fillets4 gloves of garlic3 tbsp olive oil1 chopped onion1 tbsp each of salt, pepper and thyme
Makes 4 servings. Prep time include marination.
Mix salt, pepper, and thyme
Rub each fillet with 1 crushed garlic clove, then season with salt mixture.
Place fish in a shallow dish. Spoon olive oil over fish, then top with onions. cover and refridgerate over night.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Transfer fish into a 9x13 baking dish along with onions and olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
