Ingredients
Shredded cabbage or Cole Slaw from Fresh Express, 3 cup Spectrum Canola Light Mayo, .25 cup Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp celery seed, 1/8 - 1/4 tsp ground mustard, 1/8 - 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste splenda to taste soy milk (8th Continent Original Light) - .25 cup (add a little at a time to help mix)
Directions
mix all ingredients except cabbage /cole slaw in a bowl. Add cabbage/cole slaw to bowl a little at a time thouroughly mixing in.

This taste better after it has been in the refrigerator for an hour or so. ( I like it next day best)

    I made this for my hubby who is on diabetic, low sodium, low cholesterol diet. He said it was just as good as the regular and maybe even better. I did not use the soy milk though, and added a couple of shredded baby carrots for color - 10/1/08
