Spinach Feta Omelette

Ingredients
3 large eggs1/2 C egg substitute1/2 C feta cheese1 package frozen spinachBlack Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Beat eggs with egg substitute. Add drained spinach, feta cheese, and black pepper to the eggs and mix well. Pour into lightly oiled pan and cook until golden brown crust forms. Flip over and cook until the other side is done. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
