Ingredients
Directions
1 5 oz can chunk light tuna drained1/4 cup cottage cheese1 red bell pepper chopped1 cup spinach chopped6 large wanton wrappers
place wanton wrappers in a muffin tin and bake on 350 untill they start to brown
mix tuna, peppers and 1/2 cottage cheese then add spinach mix and then add the rest of the cottage cheese (this way made it easier to incorporate the spinach since it made it a little more wet)
spoon 2 tblspns of the mixture into wanton bowls and bake untill brown
makes 6 bowls
I made parmesan cheese crisps to put in them. 1 tblspn of cheese (spread out a little) per crisp, on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 untill they brown (about 7 minutes) break in half and stick in bowl
