Broiled Orange Roughy

Ingredients
2 6 0z filets of orange roughy2 tbs extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp sea salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
Yields 2 - 6oz portions

Oil the filets both sides with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Salt and pepper both sides.

Place in a shallow baking pan lined with foil

Sprinkle the paprika over the filets.

Place on the top rack of the oven set on broil. When broiling be sure to leave the oven door cracked open a bit.

The fish should be done in 8 - 10 minutes

Serve immediately.
