Stacey's Version of OG's Garlic Chicken con Broccoli

Ingredients
1 8oz package Fit & Active Neufchatel Cheese (Low fat cream cheese)1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup8 oz Fit & Active Grilled Chicken Bites or any grilled chicken breast4 whole garlic cloves or more1 10 oz package frozen Broccoli1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta Dry1 cup Skim Milkabout 1 teaspoon of garlic powderabout 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
Directions
You can put all this in your crock pot and cook all day but the way I did it was to put my chicken, broccoli, garlic cloves, milk, soup and seasonings in my crockpot for about 3 hours. I cooked my pasta in water. Before serving I added the cream cheese until it melts, add the parm cheese and pasta and stir up.
