Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
5 chicken thighs1 red bell pepper, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 rib celery, diced1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 T sugar1 t paprika1 t Cajun seasoning1 t salt1 t black pepper0.5 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined and cleaned1 T fresh lemon juiceLoisiana-stle hot sauce, to taste
Directions
1. place chicken into slow cooker. Add pepper, onion, clery, tomatoes with jice, garlic, sugar, paprika, cajun seasoning, salt and pepper
Cover. Cook on LOW 7-9 hours or High 3-4 hours

2. Add shrimp, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Cover, cooke on low 45 minutes or until shrimp are done.
