Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup skim milk1 egg1 tsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp dried parsley1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp minced garlic or 3 garlic cloves, minced2 lbs lean ground beef1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well and smooth in texture. Roll into 24 medium size meatballs and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet and add to your favorite dish. Alternate Cooking Method: Cook in tomato/marinara sauce for 45 minutes.
