Shrimp Roma

Ingredients
3 ounces raw shrimp, cleaned, shelled, deveined1 TBSP Olive Oil1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp red pepper flakes1 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti1 TBSP grated parmesan
Directions
Heat garlic and red pepper flakes in oil over medium low heat. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink and done, stirring often so garlic does not burn. (Keep heat low!) Remove from heat, toss with spaghetti and parmesan.

Makes one serving.
