2 c. water1/4 c. flour2 chicken bouillion cubes1/2 fat free half & half4 oz. low fat cream cheese5 T. parmesan cheese4 cloves garlic, minced fine1 t. dried parsley
Combine water and flour in medium sauce pot. Add chicken bouillion, half and half, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley. Cook on medium low heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Salt to taste. (this is where you can stir in cooked shrimp or chicken.) Serve over noodles. 6 - half cup servings.
