Balsamic Pasta Salad with Shrimp

16 oz Bow Tie Pasta24 oz shrimp, deveined, peeled and tails off1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut them in 1/25 scallions (green onions), chopped1 bottle of Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain.
Saute Shrimp in non-stick pan until done. Be careful not to over cook the shrimp - it only takes about 5 minutes. Allow a couple of minutes to cool.
While pasta is cooking, cook shrimp and chop tomatoes and scallions. Mix all ingredients together with Balsamic Dressing.
Can be served warm or chilled.
