1 bag of Boil-in-Bag Brown RIce (1 cup uncooked)1 bag of Starkist Tuna Creations - Sweet & Spicy (4.5oz)2/3 cup Frozen Peas1-2 cups sliced mushrooms1 tsp Cavender's Salt-Free1 Tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade1 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Plus Spread1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil1 tsp Sriracha (For heat, you can omit if too spicy)
Boil rice. While the rice is boiling, sauté the tuna, mushrooms and peas in a large sauté pan with the oil and spread. When the rice is done add the rice to the pan and add the caveder's and siracha. Eat.
