Garlic Lime Chicken

Lime Juice, .5 cup Cider Vinegar, .25 cup Garlic, 6 cloves *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Oregano, ground, 1 tsp .25 cup vegetable oil
1) In Large resealable plastic bag, combine Lime Juice, Vinegar, garlic, and seasonings; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnight.
2) Discard marinade. In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil. Transfer to a greased baking pan.
3) Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 mins or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees and juices run clear.
