Crispy Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients1/2 cup eggbeaters1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/3 cup packed splenda brown sugar 3 cups old-fashioned oats 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/3 cup flaked coconut 1/3 cup dried cherries or other dried fruit1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine eggbeaters, applesauce and brown sugar. Combine the oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in the coconut, cherries and chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm with milk if desired
