Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz) Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded Low fat cream cheese, 4.5 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1 can splash of milk
Directions
cut up chicken and brown over stove top, add thawed artichoke and spinach, add tomatoes, cream cheese, and onion soup mix. Melt together, and simmer, add splash of milk. Serve over pasta or rice. Sprinkle parm cheese over top when you serve
