Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into 1" strips1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips1 Onion, cut into stripsHyVee Fajita Seasoning MixCheddar Jack Cheese, ShreddedSour CreamMama Lupe's 7-inch Low-Carb Tortillas
Directions
Heat 1 T oil in skillet and add green pepper & onion. Saute until tender. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, heat 1 T oil and sear chicken until no longer pink. Add the seasoning mix and 1/4 c. water, bring to boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add green pepper & onion back to skillet. Serve over Low-Carb Tortillas. This recipe will yield about 8 tortillas; however, the ingredient list is entered to figure just 1 serving nutrition info.
