Asian Style Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 med cabbage, shredded1/2 C canola oil1/4 C vinegar1 tsp salt1/4 C sugar1/2 tsp pepper1/2 C green onions1 C peanuts
Directions
Mix oil, vinegar, salt, sugar & pepper and let stand while shredding cabbage and green onions.

Mix dressing and cabbage and let sit for about 1 hour. Add nuts just prior to serving.
