Soy Ginger Shiratake Noodles w/Chicken

Ingredients
1 bag Tofu Shirataki Noodles1 red bell pepper3 oz mushrooms1/3 cup edamame3.5 oz rotisserie chicken breast3 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 Tbsp rice vinegar1/2 packet stevia1/2-1 tsp ginger root1 Tbsp chili paste3 small garlic cloves
Directions
Saute vegetables in pam and deglaze pan with soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, 1/2 packet stevia.

Rinse noodles well and pat dry.
When veggies are done, add in noodles, chicken and chili paste. Mix well.
